Pre-orders will start from Oct 1st, 2024 (00:00 JST) and end on Oct 15th,2024 (23:59 JST)

+ All current items for pre-order will be available to purchase until Oct 15th, 2024. After that, all items will be listed as sold out and not available for sell on website

+ After the pre-order closes, the products are expected to be scheduled for production within 2 weeks to 1 month.

+The estimated time for the pre-order items to arrive for processing and shipping is 1.5~ 2 months after the pre-order ends (though it may arrive earlier than the mentioned estimate).

+ After I receive all items in your order, the orders will pack and ship them within 2 - 3 weeks.

- Tracking:

ย +ย All orders will be shipped by using a logistics service that delivers packages to warehouses. Once the packages arrive at their respective warehouses, they will be sent out for local delivery, making it easier and more accurate to track them.

+ย When the tracking number is updated, it may take up to 10 days for any status to appear because your package is being transported to warehouses.

-ย  Estimated arrival:ย 2 weeks - 1 months (Or can arrive earlier based on the area you lived in)

+ Shipping delays, especially customs, may cause packages to take up to 2 months to arrive, otherwise typically it takes 2 - 3 weeks (or earlier)

FAQ section

Q: Can the merchandise be shipped to Germany or the US?
โœจ: Yes, worldwide shipping is available. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the region or country you live in, with prices ranging from $13 to $25.

Q: Will the merchandise be restocked or re-opened for pre-order in the future?
โœจ: Restocking/Re-opening the pre-order is not guaranteed. According to the rules for selling derivative/fan art products regulated by HoYoverse, items cannot exceed 500 pieces per design, if it hit more than 500 pieces, artist should notify for HoYoverse in advance and must received their acceptation to continue selling more 500 pieces/ 1 design. Therefore, if the number of orders reaches 500, all products will be out of stock, and there will be no pre-orders or sales in any form. (But honestly, I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ll reach that target for each product, haha.)

However, there are many factors that need to be addressed during each process, so thereโ€™s no guarantee the merchandise will be available for sale again in the near future. Please consider purchasing during the current pre-order period.

Q: After completing my payment, I realized that I missed purchasing 1 or 2 items. Is there any way to add them to my order?

A: If you realize after payment that you missed purchasing some items (like shikishi or additional card/standee pieces),

Email subject: Additional Purchase - Your Big Cartel Order ID.
Content: Name of the merchandise you would like to add more.

Once confirmed, I will send you payment information via PayPal or WISE so that you can pay for the additional items. Please note that PayPal transaction fees will apply to these additional purchases, so they may be slightly more expensive.

In cases where the added items are substantial, you may need to cover additional shipping fees. For example, if you initially purchased one merchandise set but later want to add 10 more sets, I will have to charge extra for shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Can I open a Group Order (G.O) for a small group in a specific country?
โœจ: This is highly encouraged. The advantage of this is that larger shipments will have better shipping rates compared to individual orders. The heavier the package, the better the per-person shipping cost deal.

For example: if you order individually, the shipping fee may cost $25, but if itโ€™s through a group order, the shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of the package. If the total weight of the package is around 10kg, the shipping cost might be about $150, which, divided among 20-30 orders, means each person would only need to pay about $5-$10 for shipping (please note that this does not include import taxes for each country).

Please note that if a G.O is established, the G.O manager will need to contact me directly via email [email protected] to place the order and arrange payment separately via Paypal or WISE. Currently, the shipping cost on Big Cartel is calculated for a single order from one individual not for the group order.

โœจHereโ€™s the process:

+ Open a Group Order (G.O), and the pricing will be the same as whatโ€™s shown on my Big Cartel website.
+ After gathering the number of orders and reaching the deadline (11:59 PM, Oct 15th, 2024 | Please note this is Japan Standard Time), the G.O manager can send me the total quantity and pay the total amount via WISE/ Paypal.
+ I will then finalize the total quantity and proceed with printing. Once the items are ready, the G.O orders will be packed and shipped together in one parcel to the G.O manager's address. Shipping costs for a large parcel will, of course, be cheaper than individual purchases.
+ I wonโ€™t charge shipping fees upfront, as the final boxโ€™s weight and size will determine the shipping costs. I will contact the shipping service to get a quote for shipping to the nation of the G.O manager.
+ Once I get the shipping quote, I will send the G.O manager the details, and they can discuss with the group how to split the cost per person/based on the number of orders.
+ Any shipping fees, G.O manager handling fees, or additional customs fees will need to be discussed and handled by the group. I wonโ€™t be responsible for these extra charges.
+ After the package is delivered to the group leader, you can split and ship the individual orders to group members.
+ Please send the shipping fee to me via Paypal/ WISE. Note: The parcel will only be shipped after I receive the payment for the shipping fee.

Q: Can YouYou promote G.O on their social media to help people who want to order together?
โœจ: I won't be able to help promote any G.O. The G.O manager will need to handle that on their own, based on their personal reputation. The reason for this is that if any issues arise within the G.O (e.g., if the G.O manager is a scammer), I, as the person who introduced it, may also get involved in those troubles. Therefore, before ordering through any G.O, I suggest choosing a trusted G.O manager or trusted proxy service to place the order. If you're not comfortable with G.O.s, my shop can still ship items worldwide directly to you.
